By getting to know your leadership styles and the characters in the team, we will start to gain a picture of who is likely to score well in a behavioural assessment and we can begin to train and coach the likely candidates.

Pre-tender

There are two elements to the pre-tender, bid team development and the behavioural assessment planning.

Bid team development

Bringing together a group of strangers to write about a new or well-known client brings its own challenges – let alone the physical act of producing the document.
